Pair with crusty bread if you want something extra filling.
2. Hummus and Veggie Wrap
Spread hummus over a whole wheat tortilla and layer with sliced cucumber, bell pepper, shredded carrots, and spinach.
Roll it up tightly and slice in half.
It’s crunchy, fresh, and ready in under 5 minutes.
