- Prepare, edit and submit account billing in accordance with payer guidelines. Ensure all claims issues are resolved and submitted accurately and timely per insurance guidelines.
- Verify patient’s insurance eligibility.
- Submit system payer/fee schedule changes when required to supervisor.
- Submit all required documentation with claim. Updates patient demographics changes and performs required rebilling. Requests necessary documentation when missing from client, physician or patient as appropriate.
- Access client files if necessary to verify information.
- Respond to verbal and written insurance or responsible party inquiries regarding account status within policy and procedure timeline. Research accounts and document follow up appropriately.
- Resolve account discrepancies and prepare adjustments and refunds for approvals as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and complete records concerning billing activity on all accounts. Document in the system records.
- Address problems as they occur. Keep supervisor advised of area or compliance issues which may lead to untimely or inaccurate completion of invoice or claim submission.

- Understand in depth the business and technical challenges in solar energy.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships across a book of business throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and successful outcomes.
- Manage customer outcomes during the implementation and onboarding phase of projects.
- Propose and implement changes to onboarding processes to better standardize across project types and product lines.
- Secure renewals by implementing effective retention strategies and identify upsell and expansion opportunities with existing customers.
- Support and formalize data collection on customer feedback, customer satisfaction and NPS across customer base. Collaborate cross-functionally to inform Product and Operations roadmaps, as well as Marketing campaigns.
- Craft comprehensive customer success plans that clearly identify a path to adoption maturity, customer satisfaction, and renewal/upsell opportunities.
- Assist in creating reliable, data-backed playbooks (SOPs) for use at scale.

- Efficiently address and solve user issues primarily via live channels (email, phone) while maintaining and exceeding KPIs.

- Monitor daily deliveries, anticipate potential risks, and ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service.
- Proactively solve issues using your knowledge and experience to make informed decisions.
- Identify trends and provide constructive feedback to other teams as necessary.
- Champion our partners by identifying their needs and advocating for continuous improvement.
