- What to Highlight: Skills like time management, self-motivation, proficiency with digital communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom), and experience working in a virtual team are gold.
- Show, Don’t Just Tell: Provide concrete examples of how you’ve successfully managed projects or collaborated with teams remotely.
3. Tailor Your Application
